Do we need to install anything?

No. There is no server infrastructure required on your agency's end. Simply access the web app via your browser and add it to your device's home screen for offline use.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Once your agency data is synced online, mission-critical response plans, lookup tools, and local configurations are stored directly on your hardware to remain fully operational during a total backhaul network failure.

How do we sync the latest dispatch data?

The app automatically detects network connectivity and triggers a background sync when online. You can also force a manual update at any time by tapping the sync indicator inside the Agency Portal dashboard.

What happens if I clear my browser storage?

Clearing your browser's application cache or local storage will remove the offline database from that specific device. If this happens, simply open the app while connected to the internet to run an initial synchronization before field use.

Is our agency's data secure?

Absolutely. All data moving between your local environment and our infrastructure is secured using SSL encryption. Locally stored offline databases are sandboxed within the device's secure browser instance, preventing unauthorized access from other applications.
